Our culinary team Headed by Owner/Chef Geogy Chacko has over 50 years of combined experience from and around the world.

Geogy Chacko has over 25 years of culinary knowledge from Institute of Hotel management and Catering Technology in Bombay India where he graduated from to the newest of addition The Cinnamons World Cafe. Geogy gained his experience by working in Four Season, Sheraton, Westin, Hilton Stouffer, The Taj and Ambassador hotels. Geogy also has worked for the locally famous Chandler crab house and many more. His knowledge of Indian spices and the Western cuisine adds a innovative influence to his menu in every one of GC restaurants.

Restaurant Chef Baldev Singh Multani is a native of Punjab has over 15 Years of experience in Indian cooking.Baldev has Worked in kitchens in India, USA and Germany Farooq Masih on Tandoor is native of Pakistan and brings a touch of Moughlai cooking to the menu. Farooq had opportunity to experience culinary skills from Pakistan,Kenya,Dubai,Greece and Mexico.

Our culinary team takes pride in their creation and is eager and willing to learn and apply new techniques and flavors to enhance every dish as they prepare .Our line cooks and Chefs undergo rigorous hands on culinary training the GC way. They are taught to keep the high standards of fine culinary requirements and health Codes.
